Back to the Sea update: Part 4

Now that I have brought up to date info on what is happening with skirt and pants from my Back to the Sea collection, it is time to tell you about the matching tops....yeap I managed to do some knitting! Doesn't matter how busy I get, I NEED to knit at least couple of rows each day. I call it my  therapy.

The unisex top was first to be on my needles. Here are some pictures:

I am currently knitting this top again, and making some necessary adjustments as well as introducing the third option of the top, namely different treatment of the collar (collar, hood, cowl).

The girls only top/jacket  was next, and as usual I have to knit it at least a few times before I am happy with the result.

My second take on this jacket was not done in nautical colors, but the end result is what I am happy with. And here it is:

I am knitting each top yet again and working on writing the patterns for each. It is a bit tricky for both, as the unisex top requires row by row instructions, and the girls only top requires extensive cable charting. Both will come in sizes newborn - 14 year old. I am also starting to work on adult version of each. If all goes according to plan, both patterns in nb-14 year old should come to my test knitter within couple of weeks.
I will update you with more pictures and details soon.
