Back to the Sea Update: Part 1

My ideas for "Back to the Sea" collection are finally coming to life, that is to say I already have a few prototype garments for show. The collection is meant to be all seasonal, and equally suited for wool or cotton yarn. Seeing how it is the middle of the summer  for us, I am using dk weight cotton yarn for development and prototype knitting. Once the patterns are ready to go live, they will be offered in dk weight and worsted weight versions as to allow you  great flexibility not only in fiber selection, but the weight as well.

The first pattern that has gone to the test knitter as of July 17th is "First Mate Pants". Here are some sneak peeks of my own knitting. Can't wait to see what my test knitters will create! I am so excited about this mega undertaking of mine, because each garment can be made in any theme and any color scheme. Did I say before that I am fascinated by colors?
